Shipping Delays and Reshipment Policy

Standard Shipping Delays
- Wait Period: If your order shows no movement for 10 business days, we recommend waiting a bit longer before taking further action.
- Post-COVID Delays: Please note that some delays are still occurring due to the ongoing effects of COVID-19. We appreciate your patience.
When to Contact Us
- 14 Business Days of No Movement: If your order has been tracking but shows no movement for 14 business days or more, please reach out to us. In most cases, we will consider reshipping your order immediately.
Special Note for Orders from India
- Orders with "IN" Suffix: If your order was shipped from India (indicated by an "IN" suffix) and has been delayed for more than 10 business days after leaving India, please contact us.
- Singapore Reshipment: In these cases, you can request a reshipment from Singapore to expedite delivery.
Our Guarantee
